Liked this place, it was very clean and had amazing rooms and staff. Stopped by Bridget Bakery to get some coffee and treats, it's easy walk to the venue, recommend.
We think it's a perfect base for staying in Cannes. The room was beautiful and pretty. For breakfast hotel charges 10 eur per person...
Family-run hotel with very friendly staff, renovated in 2011. 5 minutes walk to the beach, and superb garden. There is nothing in Cannes that can tick all the boxes for the great holiday at this price.
Internet connection was slow
The rooms were very clean and the hotel employees were very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beaches and city center. There are many shops around the hotel you can meet all your needs.
The rooms are a bit small.
We enjoyed the ambience, the delightful garden, the location, the simplicity, the petite dejeuner and the effort made by all staff to make our stay enjoyable. It was an oasis away from the onslaught of Cannes.
The staff were engaging and helpful. The location is fantastic - close to the promenade and main shopping area but quiet and calm. A small charming darden was an utter delight.
It was exceeded our expectations,!!
The room was an excellent romantic interlude for my wife and I, very comfortable without being lavish, it had wonderful garden view with balcony. The staff were great and helped us find things in the neighborhood and very friendly.
The friendliness and efficiency of proprietor and staff. The central location which means that you can walk to shops, restaurants and beach without need for transport.
The hotel is totally new and done with good taste. The people are very helpful.
If we didn't see the price on booking we wouldn't have stayed as he only proposed us the expensive room with a see view which we didn't want.
Very good location, short walk to both Croisette seaside and rue d'Antibes shopping, also lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet as set back from the street in its own little garden with a patio where breakfast can be served. Our room had a huge terrace as it was right above reception on 1st floor but many rooms had balconies otherwise. Very reasonable for the price given the location, general priciness of Cannes in high season. Entire hotel just renovated so very fresh. Rooms are very small but have everything you need. Breakfast is ok value at 10 Uros, though you can get the same for less
As noted, rooms are a bit tight but well thought out. Garden is nice to sit in but can be a bit buggy with little biting flies, so use repellent if you have it! That said these are very minor issues, I feel, and otherwise no complaints.
I've stayed at Provence before and were satisfied every time. The Hotel has a stunning location. Between beaches & shopping street.
I prefer wooden floor rooms than carpeted rooms. Carpets may be some times dirty. Otherwise hygiene of the hotel overall was over the expected.
Hotel Provence is a lovely boutique hotel and we were made feel very welcome. On arrival we were upgraded to a seaview room which was very comfortable and well decorated. We would definately reccomend this hotel and will stay here again very soon.
Simply, it is a hotel which works! Someone has very intelligently thought through what the discerning customer wants and expects The quality of everything, and the functionality of it all, was great. We wonder why so many other hotels get it all so wrong.
Hotel de Provence is very central - the service and staff is very friendly and takes care about wishes - one of the best Hotels I have been - it is above three stars.
Very nice hotel, great service and very friendly owners. At the top of the hotel (actually on the roof of the hotel :) there is a fantastic apartment that comprises a bedroom, living room and a large tarrace with grass and plants, sunbeds, external shower and armchairs. The view from the terace is absolutely stanning (center of Cannes, mountains). We do recommend the hotel to everyone - especially the apartment whre we spent 2 wonderful weeks.
